The variance in the CBD concentrations can be as high as 40%. There is no FAQ page on their website but the company has a detailed ‘Terms and conditions’ page. It answers commonly asked questions about shipping, terms of use, and return policy. The company has a 14 days return policy.
Cibdol products are FSSC22000 certified. This is a certificate that accredits the facility as maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality in a product. Also, Cibdol products are audited for safety and quality on an annual basis.
Most but not all of their products and practices are halal certified and vegan. Their softgels, however, contain animal based gelatin and this is mentioned in the product description.
Accuracy
The products’ strengths and contents are mentioned on the product labels. The strength of active ingredients and levels of heavy metals is mentioned with each batch’s third party analysis. Each product contains less than 0.01% THC by volume. Although the website states products are free of solvents, residues, and microbes, this is not mentioned in the analysis reports.
For a few of the COAs analyzed, the concentration of active ingredients was ‘Higher’ than what was mentioned on the product labels. For example, for the 230 mg CBD oil, the actual CBD content, as per the COA, is almost 340 mg. This variance between the quantity mentioned on the product label and the COA report in this particular case is 47.8%, way above the acceptable 10% limit.

The company is relatively new but has created a stir in the European market. Cibdol has a huge market base and ships its products to most of the European countries. What also stands about this company is that the website offers information in most of the European languages.

Cibdol has partnered with Brightlabs, which is an independent analytics lab for food and supplement quality and safety. Brightlabs and Cibdol not only check their products for safety but they go as far as testing the soil in which the hemp grows. This is to ensure that each batch of hemp grows in a natural and controlled environment. Also, each batch of products contains a third party testing certificate ensuring the product has the right amount of active ingredients and is free of heavy metals.
Cibdol uses the CO2 extraction method to gather CBD oil from the hemp plant. What stands out for this company is the extra steps taken while manufacturing to ensure product quality, purity, and enrichment. The initial CO2 extraction is followed by CBDA decarboxylation that increases the strength of CBD. It is followed by additional purification, details of which are not known and terpene enrichment steps. These steps give a highly pure form of golden CBD oil.
The website does not tell a lot about the source of hemp. When we asked the customer support, they informed us that they source their hemp from local farmers in Europe. They also told us that their products are naturally cultivated and free of chemicals and pesticides. When asked for more details about their suppliers, the customer support told us they couldn’t disclose this piece of information.
Cibdol’s website does not reveal a lot of detail concerning how they manufacture their products. Instead, they have an illustration that lays out the main processes involved.

Regardless, Cibdol seems to employ additional processes to decarboxylate CBDA and enrich their CBD oil to obtain a full spectrum CBD product. The individual batches are then run through internal and third party testing to ensure quality.

Full Spectrum CBD Black Cumin Seed Oil 5%, 10 ml, 460 mg, 2.3 mg per drop review
As mentioned, their CBD oil comes in a variety of carrier oils. We chose to order Black Cumin Seed oil with 5% CBD. It comes in a 10 ml glass bottle with a dropper. Each bottle contains 460 mg of CBD and each drop contains 2.3 mg of CBD. The recommended intake is 3 to 4 drops 3 times a day.
For the 460 mg (5%) black cumin seed full spectrum CBD oil, the COA showed a concentration of 498 mg (5.42%). The accuracy variance is 8.2%.
The full spectrum CBD with black cumin oil is for sublingual administration. Here is how to use the oil, as recommended on the website.
The oil is thick, yellow, and quite viscous. The recommended usage, CBD concentration, and CBD concentration per drop are mentioned on the product label. The oil did not come with a COA. However, the batch number is mentioned on the product label and you can get the COA for each batch from the official website.
The oil had a neutral taste and did not leave any bitter aftertaste.
Full Spectrum CBD Night Cream, 100 mg, 50 mg review
This is one of the CBD beauty range products. The cream is meant to moisturize the skin and improve its health. The company recommends using it at bedtime on the face, neck, and upper chest region. It is not for use around the eyes.
The cream contains 100 mg of CBD. It has a pleasant smell, is not oily, and does not stick to the skin. I used it before bedtime and it got absorbed quite well.
The night cream contains 100 mg CBD per 50 ml cream (0.2% w/w). The COA showed the concentration was 51.25 mg (0.205%). The accuracy variance was 2.5%.
Full Spectrum CBD Eye Gel Roller, 26 mg, 13 ml review
Eyes are particularly sensitive and most of the skincare creams don’t go quite well with the eyes. Cibdol realized that and came up with this eye gel roller. As the name suggests, the gel comes with a roller that you can easily roll under your eyes.
The roller stick is easy to use and is carefully designed to move within the contours of the eyes. Like CBD night cream, the eye gel has a pleasant smell, is not oily, and gets absorbed quite well. It contains 26 mg of CBD.
The eye roller gel contains 26 mg CBD per 13 ml gel (0.2% w/w). The COA showed the concentration was 27.9 mg (0.214%). The accuracy variance was 7.3%.
Full Spectrum CBD softgels 4%, 384 mg, 6.4 mg per softgel, 60 softgels review
For this product, the company recommends taking 1 softgel 3 times a day. Each softgel supplies 6.4 mg CBD.
Note that Cibdol CBD softgels are non-vegan and non-halal as they contain gelatin from animal sources.
