They third-party test their products for THC and CBD, however, our assessment showed a very high CBD variance, up to 162%. Therefore, their CBD levels are not very accurate. To contact customer service, you can call, email, or complete the message box on the website. There is an FAQ page, however it is currently blank. However, there is a blog section with information about CBD, its use, and more.
As a part of our reputation check, we check BBB, FDA warnings, and more to see if there are any complaints or warnings about the brand. Currently, there are no FDA complaints against CBD Living. CBD Living is not currently BBB accredited and has an F rating.
CBD Living third-party tests for all products for potency but not contaminants. You can find lab reports on their lab report page or by scanning the QR code, however, the QR codes were not functional for us. The CBD levels variance for our products ranged from 1% to 162% with the majority being well over 10%. All THC levels were undetectable. There were no contaminant results except for one product that tested microbes.
Manufacturing Process
CBD Living uses all organic hemp plants. They do not mention where their farms are located. The CBD is first extracted using CO2 extraction. Next, they have three different technologies in processing their CBD. The first is a nano-emulsion process which makes their broad-spectrum CBD into very tiny particles and water-soluble for faster and more efficient absorption. They also have self-emulsifying nanotechnology which allows for an oil-based carrier with nano-particles. Lastly, there is a skin retention nano-technology that allows the efficient passage of nano CBD particles through the skin.

CBD Living has several tincture options: 100mg in a 15ml size, 300mg, 750mg, 1500mg in a 30ml size and 4500mg, or 10,000mg in a 60ml size. They are all made with broad spectrum, CO2 extracted nanoparticle CBD in a carrier oil of organic MCT and hempseed. They also offer an immunity and energy tincture, each with 750mg of broad spectrum, CO2 extracted nanoparticle CBD in a 2oz bottle along with herbal ingredients.

All orders over $75 ship for free and ship via USPS or UPS. Returns and refunds are on a case-by-case basis.
We received our products in a discreet UPS ground box with the products packaged inside with biodegradable packing peanuts.
We reached out to customer service through their message box on the website to ask where their hemp farms are located. After a couple of days, we did not receive a response.

CBD Tincture Review
We received and reviewed the calming 300mg Living CBD tincture. The tincture is packaged in a blue glass dropper bottle inside. The bottle is 30ml and contains a total of 300 mg of broad-spectrum, CO2 extracted, nanoparticle CBD. Other ingredients include MCT oil and hemp seed oil. The directions are to take one dropper 2 to 3 times per day. It can also be added to meals, shakes, or beverages. The oil is a very light yellow color and has essentially no smell or taste.
There is a QR code and batch number on the product. The QR code on our product brought us to a broken page link. We looked at the available lab report, which did not match our product’s batch number. The report shows there is 16.37mg of CBD/ml which is 6.37mg more CBD than listed for a CBD variance of 64% which is well above the acceptable 10% variance. The THC level is undetectable which is within the acceptable 0.3% limit. There are no results for contaminants.

CBD Gummies Review
We received Two gummy products from CBD Living: the calming assorted gummies and the vegan sleep gummies. Both are packaged in a plastic bottle with childproof lid and made with broad-spectrum, CO2 extracted nano CBD. There are 30 per bottle. The calming gummies have 10 mg per gummy and the sleep gummies have 20 mg CBD along with 5 mg of CBN and 5 mg of melatonin. The calming gummies are made with gelatin and therefore not vegan while the sleep gummies are made with pectin and therefore vegan. Both gummies come in a variety of fruit flavors. the directions are not listed on the bottle. The calming gummies come in a variety of colors and are shaped like bears. They have a juicy fruit flavor. The sleep gummies are also shaped like bears and come in a variety of colors but have a coating of sugar on top. They have a sweet and fruity taste and a chewy texture.
There is a QR code and batch number on both products. The QR code did not work on either product. We looked up the reports on the report page. The lab report for the calming gummies showed each gummy has 14.9mg of CBD/gummy which is 4.9mg more than listed for a CBD variance of 49%. This is well above the acceptable 10%. The lab report for the sleep gummies showed each gummy has 33.24mg of CBD/gummy which is 13.4mg more than listed for a CBD variance of 67%. This is well above the acceptable 10%. Both reports showed non-detectable THC and no contaminants testing was performed.

The calming gummies are ideal for someone looking for low-potency, nano CBD gummies that are not vegan. The sleep gummies are ideal for someone looking for a vegan sleep gummy made with a combination of nano, broad-spectrum CBD, CBN, and melatonin.
CBD Gel Capsules Review
We received and reviewed CBD Living’s gel capsules. The capsules come packaged in a plastic bottle with a childproof lid inside a cardboard box. There are 30 capsules in total and each has 25 mg of broad-spectrum, CO2 extracted nanoparticles CBD. The capsule is made from gelatin and is therefore not vegan. The directions are to take one capsule per day. The gel capsules themselves are a medium yellow color and do not have any smell or taste.

The report shows there is 65.60mg of CBD/capsule which is 40.60mg more CBD than listed for a CBD variance of 162% which is well above the acceptable 10% variance. The THC level is undetectable which is within the acceptable 0.3% limit. There are results for microbe testing, which passed.

Freeze Roll-on Review
We received the CBD Living freeze roll-on. The product comes in a white plastic bottle with a roller lid. The bottle is 3 oz and contains a total of 300 mg of broad-spectrum, CO2 extracted, nanoparticle CBD. It also contains menthol, eucalyptus, arnica, and other ingredients. The directions are to apply by rolling. The product is clear and absorbs quickly into the skin after being rolled on. It smells of menthol and leaves a cooling sensation on the skin.
There is a QR code and batch number on the product. The QR code takes you to the products report. The report shows there is 118mg of CBD/bottle which is 182mg less CBD than listed for a CBD variance of 61% which is well above the acceptable 10% variance. The THC level is undetectable and there were no contaminant testing results.

There are several other ingredients which include jojoba oil, olive seed oil, sesame seed oil, algae extract, aloe, and more. It is scented with a blend of essential oils. The instructions are to apply to the affected area. The cream is a thick, white-colored lotion. It has a pleasant smell of lavender and absorbs easily into the skin leaving a soft finish.

Other ingredients include oat flour, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, banana, coconut oil, molasses, probiotics, digestive enzymes, and more. The directions are based on the pet size. The treats look like small cookies and are fairly soft in texture. They have a peanut butter and oat flour smell.
