They do provide sufficient labeling and lab test result information on THC and CBD content, terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals, appearance, and purity on their easily accessible third party lab reports. You simply scan the product’s QR code and enter the corresponding batch number.
I immediately had a question concerning where to find the batch number on the brown glass of the softgels and tinctures. I scanned the helpful QR code on the container and was immediately forwarded to the Palm Organix third party testing lab results landing page where I was directed to look on the side of my product for the batch number. The batch number was indeed on the side of my gummy and pet products, clearly noticeable on the white label. However, I still could not locate a batch number on my softgel and tincture product labels.
I called, left a voicemail, and a customer service team member responded within 30 minutes to my inquiry by returning my phone call. I was instructed to look on the bottom of my products if there was not a batch number on the side label. While still on the phone with her, I located the batch number very easily on the bottom of the products.
I gave her my first hand feedback that the Palm Organix website incorrectly stated to look “on the SIDE of the product for the batch number” after scanning the QR code. She promised me that this information would be corrected immediately, and it was. Within two hours, the company website had changed the QR lab test results landing page to read “on the side or bottom of the product for the batch number.”
With all product batch numbers in hand, I scanned each label’s QR code to see how closely the labels matched the third party lab test results or the COA. When assessing the results, all Palm Organix products I purchased had between a 1 to 5% variance in CBD from the stated value. This is well below the acceptable 10% variance.
Accuracy
They are a legal, authorized grower of premium hemp that contains pure, high quality hemp oil grown in the nutrient rich soils of Colorado. Palm Organix sources top quality hemp from farms in the United States, and they source and use a phytocannabinoid rich (PCR) hemp to ensure their CBD products are effective. They use a supercritical CO2 extraction process for all of their products, witnessed by the lack of ethanol listed on the COA seen below and for each product I checked.
As for testing and analysis, they use a double system to ensure accuracy of potency, quality, and safety. Concerning my products, I checked the batch number against the third party lab reports matching each product’s individual QR code. When I cross referenced my purchased products with the linked third party lab reports, the 100% free THC claim was verified on each report, and all of my products were found to contain 0.0% THC as labeled on the product.
Comparing the CBD concentration listed on the product labels to the corresponding lab test results was not difficult. When assessing the results, all products had only a 1 to 5% variance in CBD content from the stated value, well below the acceptable 10% variance. The highest variance of 5% was on the CBD pet chews.
The consumption method suggested for a product can be verified in the header under “product name” and the product’s typical physical characteristics and expected appearance can be verified using the “physical Attributes” section of the COA. Manufacturing Process

According to the company provided QR lab reports, I verified three main products by calculating the deviation of the values found in the lab report, or COA, and the values listed on the product label.
Palm Organix third party tests all of their products. This is an important quality and safety control measure as it ensures that what is on the label in terms of CBD and THC content matches what is in the contents. Third party testing also detects the presence of any contaminants that may be harmful to a person’s health, such as E. coli, pesticides, heavy metals, solvents, and herbicides.
I looked at the third party lab results for the CBD gummies (10mg CBD/serving) by scanning the QR code on the label. I found that this product had 10.10 mg of CBD per serving (1 gummy), which is nominally more CBD total than what is listed. This means there is a 1% variance, lower than the acceptable 10%. There was 0.00% THC, as advertised. This product passed testing for microbes and all other contaminants.
Their CBD Mint Tincture (1500mg CBD/serving) came back with a 4% variance, and the CBD Immunity softgels (25mg CBD/serving) had only a 1.5% variance. Both products were well under the 10% variance allowed for CBD, and all products tested contained 0.0% THC as clearly listed on their product labels.
They do offer a fairly wide variety, from edibles to face masks to pet products. However, they do not offer increasingly popular vape pens or isolates, and also missing from their product range is a lower potency tincture than 500 mg CBD per 30 mL bottle.

The product box arrived quickly. I ordered it online, my payment was processed quickly, and shipped the same day that I placed my order. Palm Organix ships via USPS Priority Mail service which delivers the products in about two business days packaged in a nondescript, discreet box. As soon as the package shipped, I received a USPS tracking number so I could check for delivery date and time. I wanted to be sure I was home when it was delivered because I live in a hot part of the country and did not want the product to stay outdoors too long.
I ordered several products: broad spectrum CBD oil, pet CBD, CBD gummies, CBD 25mg capsules in two varieties, CBD topicals, and CBD skincare. The products were all neatly and securely packaged with individual glass bottles packed in additional bubble wrap. What I really liked was that immediately upon opening my box, there was a product card that explained the label and packaging. I located the batch number very easily on the bottom of the products in question and my problem was immediately solved.

Products Reviewed
As mentioned, I ordered several products, and here is my review of each.
CBD Mint Tincture review
I tried their 1500 mg CBD Tinctures in the mint flavor. This broad spectrum, phytocannabinoid rich (PHR) tincture is high strength, pure, and has 0.0% THC, according to the QR code matched lab test reports. The CBD variance was well under the 10% allowance.
This tincture includes MCT oil and natural mint flavoring. It was formulated using CBD extracted by a supercritical CO2 extraction method. This CBD is fast acting and formulated for maximum absorption. The tincture was odorless, light amber to clear in color, and had a thin viscosity. My tincture was packaged in a light blocking and mostly opaque brown glass bottle with a calibrated dropper. My tincture was bubble wrapped individually and came with a double sealed lid.
The recommended dosage was 1 to 2 sublingual drops under the tongue according to the website. The mint taste was crisp and subtle, not overpowering to your palette. They limit the options in this product category as well by only offering a minimum potency of 500 mg per 30 mL bottle.
CBD Original and Immunity Blend softgels review
They offer a variety of easy to swallow softgel options in both 10 mg and 25 mg strengths, including original CBD softgels, all of which are broad spectrum and fast absorbing. They also offer an Immunity Blend with dried yeast extract and Vitamin D. I tried the 25 mg softgels with 30 per bottle in both the Original and Immunity Blend varieties. They had the texture of a typical softgel and were easy to swallow. The color varied from a light amber to a darker golden tone, depending on the softgel blend.
CBD Gummies review
Their CBD gummies come in different mixed fruit flavors and pack 10mg of CBD oil per gummy. They come 20 to a jar. Gummies are a very convenient and tasty way to take CBD. These gummies were flavored with natural fruit juices. After easily locating the batch number on the white outer package label, I scanned the QR code on the back to access the third party lab results. The lab reported 10.10 mg of CBD per gummy rather than the 10 mg listed on the package label. This is a completely acceptable variance of 1%.
CBD Topicals, Camphor and Cooling Blends review
Palm Organix blends 400mg of phytocannabinoid rich hemp oil with camphor and other essential oils to create a light fresh CBD camphor blend lotion. The lotion was massaged into the skin and absorbed very quickly, leaving no greasiness or residue on my skin. These products also contain natural menthol, camphor, and eucalyptus botanicals along with the broad spectrum CBD.
