Just CBD was founded in 2017 with the mission of improving people’s lives with the numerous benefits of CBD. There isn’t a lot of information about who the founders are, however you can see their medical advisory team which indlies MDs and a pharmaceutical chemist. They do state that they focus on transparency with their customers, the best customer service, and using only the highest quality ingredients, including organically-grown, USA farmed hemp. Currently, their products have 22,000 5-star reviews.
Their FAQ page answers very common questions about their company’s policies and some about CBD in general. They also have a blog page that has more information about CBD benefits and its many uses.
To contact customer service, you can use their online form and they typically respond in 1-2 business hours. There is also a phone number to call. Their customer service team is located in Ireland and they have a corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
As a part of our reputation check, we check BBB, FDA warnings, and more to see if there are any complaints or warnings about the brand. Currently, there are no FDA complaints against Just CBD. Just CBD is not currently BBB accredited, but has a B rating.
Just CBD third-party tests for all products for potency and some products for contaminants. You can find lab reports on their lab report page or by scanning the QR code and using the batch number to locate your product. We located and assessed the available lab reports for our products (some were missing) and the CBD levels variance ranged from 10% to 38%. All THC levels were below 0.3% and all that were tested for contaminants passed for microbes, mycotoxins, solvents, pesticides, and heavy metals.
Manufacturing Process
Just CBD uses USA grown hemp that is farmed organically in Oregon. Overall there is not a lot of information about their growing process, but they do show their farm’s ISO 9001:2015 certification. All of their products are manufactured in a GMP certified facility. They use a CO2 extraction method to extract their CBD. They create full-spectrum and broad-spectrum CBD for their products. All products are third-party tested for potency and purity and lab reports are available on their website.

Buying Experience
We shopped on the Just CBD website and selected products to order and try ourselves. Just CBD’s products are well categorized for easy shopping. While the product pages have FAQs, they do lack some information such as a full ingredient list and the type of CBD in each product. After we selected our products, checking out was easy. Just CBD ships to all 50 states and offers free shipping on orders over $20 using USPS ground. There is a 2-day FEDEX option for $5 as well. They also ship to the UK and EU.
We received our products in a Just CBD logoed box, inside a larger, plain cardboard box which was discreet. Inside the products were tightly packaged with some brown paper on top and a Just CBD blanket on the bottom.
We reached out to customer service through their online messaging system to ask what their extraction method was. They responded the same day and provided a comprehensive answer that fully satisfied our question.

Coconut CBD Tincture Review
We received one tincture product, the coconut CBD tincture which we will review.
Just CBD’s Coconut CBD tincture comes in a cardboard box with a glass dropper bottle inside. This tincture contains 550 mg of broad-spectrum, CO2 extracted CBD along with fractionated coconut oil. The directions are to shake well and take one dropper full 3 times per day by holding the product under your tongue for 30 seconds. The tincture is a clear oil and has very little smell or taste. It is free from earthy or bitter undertones.
There is a QR code and batch number on the product. The QR code takes you to their general lab test page to use the batch number to look up the product. This report showed there is 607.39mg of CBD/bottle which is 57.39mg more CBD than listed for a CBD variance of 10% which is at the acceptable 10% variance. The THC level is 0% which is within the acceptable 0.3% limit.The sample was tested and passed for microbes, mycotoxins, heavy metals, solvents, filth, and pesticides.
Who is this product for?
This product is well-suited for people looking for a low potency, broad-spectrum CBD tincture with a very mild taste.
CBD Nighttime Gummies Review
We received three gummy products: vegan gummies, ribbons, blue raspberry rings, and nighttime gummies. We also received the blue raspberry honey sticks. We will be reviewing the nighttime gummies.
Just CBD nighttime CBD Gummies come in a clear plastic tub. There is a total of 3.1oz and 250mg of broad-spectrum, CO2 extracted CBD. They do not mention an exact gummy count, but estimate the count to be 25. The flavors include cherry, watermelon, green apple, lime, and more. These gummies are made with melatonin and intended to be taken before sleep. They are made with corn syrup, sugar, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, pectin, and artificial colors. There are no animal products which make these gummies vegan friendly. The gummies are shaped like small bears and a variety of bright colors. They have a sweet and fruity flavor with no heavy hemp undertones.

You can also find lab reports by searching the category. There were no results for any nighttime CBD gummies whatsoever.

This product is ideal for people who are looking for a vegan, broad-spectrum CBD gummy made with melatonin to promote sleep.
CBD Energy Capsules Review
We received two capsule products: the energy formula and the nighttime formula. We will be reviewing the energy formula capsules.
Just CBD’s energy capsules we received come in a paper package with 2 capsules inside. Each has 25 mg of broad spectrum CBD along with vitamin A, E, D, thiamine, riboflavin, B6, and B12. The capsules are made from gelatin, which is not vegan friendly, and MCT oil. The capsules are clear and you can see a light yellow liquid with small yellow beads inside. Overall there is no smell or taste to the capsule.
There is a QR code on the product as well as a batch number. The QR code takes you to their general lab test page to use the batch number to look up the product. The reports showed that it has 38.99mg of CBD per package. This is 10.01mg less than listed for a CBD variance of 20%. This is above the acceptable 10% CBD variance. The THC level is undetectable. This sample was not tested for pesticides, solvents, microbes, mycotoxins, or heavy metals.

CBD Body Lotion Review
We received one topical product, the CBD aloe body lotion which we will review.
We received the Just CBD’s aloe body lotion. It is packaged in a thin plastic bottle with a pump top. It is 4 oz in total with 125mg of broad-spectrum, CO2 extracted CBD. It is made with capric triglyceride, dimethicone, aloe, castor oil, and several more ingredients including artificial colors. The cream is a thick, creamy, white lotion and has a very light fragrance. It is creamy and leaves a hydrating, soft finish after rubbing into the skin.
There is a QR code and batch number on the product. The QR code takes you to their general lab test page to use the batch number to look up the product. Our batch number did not bring up any results. You can also find lab reports by searching the category. There were no results for any aloe CBD lotion whatsoever.

This product is ideal for people who want a broad-spectrum CBD body lotion with a creamy, thick texture.
CBD Cat Treats Review
We received two pet products: CBD cat treats and a bacon-flavored CBD pet tincture. We will be reviewing the CBD cat treats.
We received the Just CBD cat treats. They come In a clear plastic bottle. There are approximately 335 treats with a total of 100 mg of CO2 extracted CBD isolate container. They are made with MCT, ground corn, corn gluten, soybean meal, meat and bovine meal, animal fat, chicken by project, animal liver, a mix of vitamins and other animal products. They are a mix of flavors including ocean fish, chicken, turkey, and liver. They are in the shape of circles, exes, fish, and triangles. They are purple, red, and beige in color and they have an earthy, meaty smell to them and are crisp in texture.
There is a QR code on the product as well as a batch number. The QR code takes you to their general lab test page to use the batch number to look up the product. The reports showed that it has 138.3mg of CBD per tub. This is 38.3mg more than listed for a CBD variance of 38%. This is above the acceptable 10% CBD variance. The THC level is undetectable. This sample was not tested for pesticides, solvents, microbes, and heavy metals.

This product is ideal for people who are looking for low potency CBD cat treats and are okay with artificial colors and meat byproducts in the ingredient list.

Just CBD does offer full-spectrum CBD, which contains up to 0.3% THC. At this level, the amount of delta 9 THC is too low to get you high.
