High Falls’ Softgels come in a plastic bottle with a childproof lid. The label lists the amount of CBD per softgel and bottle (10mg; 300mg), type of CBD (full-spectrum), number of softgels (30), ingredients, and how to use the product. The softgels are vegan and contain refined coconut oil, corn starch, glycerin, sorbitol, carrageenan and water.
There is a QR code on the bottle, but we couldn’t find a batch number. We assessed one of the two available reports on their website, however, it is unclear if this report is for our particular product. The lab report for this product shows that there is 20.04mg of CBD per softgel, which is 10.04mg more than listed for a CBD variance of 100% which is higher than the acceptable 10%. The THC level is 0.29% which is below the 0.3% cutoff. This sample was tested for and passed for solvents, pesticides, mycotoxins, metals and microbes.
The instructions are to take one softgel up to three times per day. However, we have not verified these claims. The softgels are a bright yellow color and transparent. They are squishy, odorless, and tasteless.

Keep in mind, we have not verified these claims. The oil is almost clear and a thin consistency.

We received the 4-pack of citrus ginger CBD gummies. They come in a small, see-through, plastic sleeve. The gummies are vegan and made with cane sugar, tapioca syrup, pectin, citric acid, terpenes, and natural flavors/colors. The directions for use are to take one gummy up to 3x per day. We have not verified these claims.
There is both a QR code and batch number on the product. There was one report available for the citrus-ginger gummies, however, it did not match our batch number. We assessed the available results which showed there is 34.58mg of CBD per gummy, which is 9.58 mg more than listed for a CBD variance of 39%, which is way above the acceptable 10% variance. The THC level is 0.02%, which is below the acceptable 0.3%. They are a medium yellow color and smell and taste of ginger with lemon-lime undertones. There is a slight hemp aftertaste.
