We received our products in a discreet, plain USPS shipping bubble envelope. IT was shipped via priority 2-day mail and we received our order in 2 days. There was additional bubble wrap around some of the products inside.
We reached out to customer service through their online messaging system to ask if their farming practices were sustainable and where their farms were located. We messaged them outside of business hours on Sunday, and received a response early Monday morning. They were swift, comprehensive, and polite.

The cream is a medium to a thin consistency and has a light, fresh smell. It absorbs into the skin without leaving any residue.
