Unfortunately, there is no information about specific team members or founders.
Overall, the Binoid website is full of information on CBD and hemp-derived products. The FAQ page outlines information about water-soluble CBD, however, it does not answer general questions about CBD or the company’s practices. There are a few ways to contact customer service including a message box, email, and phone number. They do not list their physical address.
As a part of our reputation check, we check BBB, FDA warnings, and more to see if there are any complaints or warnings about the brand. Currently, there are no FDA complaints about Binoid. They are currently BBB accredited with an A score and one complaint in the past year regarding a refund.
Binoid third-party tests all batches of their products for potency and some for contaminants. From the products we received, the lowest CBD variance was the healing cream with 2% variance. The highest variance was 32% for the sour strawberry gummies, which is more than the acceptable 10%. There was no detectable THC in any of our samples. A few of our products were tested for contaminants, which were not detected.
Manufacturing Process
Binoid starts its hemp growing process by selecting phytocannabinoid-rich hemp that has been specifically bred to yield high levels of active constituents including CBD and terpenes. All of their hemp farms are located in Oregon which has ideal weather conditions for hemp growth. They do not indicate if their farming methods are sustainable or organic.
The final products are full-spectrum and broad-spectrum CBD. Although similar, broad-spectrum is 100% THC-free but still contains synergistic terpenes, phytocannabinoids, and other hemp plant constituents. They also have water soluble products. They do not indicate what their extraction method is for their CBD. Water soluble CBD is said to have greater bioavailability and absorption, which means it may be more effective than other CBD extract types.
Their products are manufactured in a cGMP Certified and ISO 9001:2015 Certified CBD facility in the United States. All products are Kosher Food Grade Quality Certified by Oregon DOA, Kosher Certified. Before third-party testing, each product is tested five times in house. The third-party lab tests for THC, CBD, and contaminants. All lab reports are posted on the website for customers to see.

We reached out to customer service through their online messaging system to ask if their hemp was organic and sustainable as well as what their extraction process was. After several days, we did not receive a response.

CBD Gummies review
We received all three CBD gummy varieties – sour strawberry, mango, and wild berry. They are packaged in plastic bottles with a childproof lid. Each bottle has 30 gummies, each with 10mg of broad-spectrum CBD. The gummies are vegan and made with apple pectin along with natural colors and flavors. The directions, according to the company, are to take 1 gummy twice daily, or before bed. The gummies are soft, red (sour strawberry), yellow (mango), purple (wild berry), and coated in sugar. They are all sweet and taste like their respective flavors with mild earthy undertones.
Each bottle has both a QR code and batch number. The QR code takes you to their general lab report page. There was one report for each of our gummies, however, we could not find a matching batch number. We assessed the available reports which showed there was 395.15mg of CBD in the sour strawberry, 391.76mg of CBD in the mango, and 368.52mg of CBD in the mixed berry. This means the CBD variances are 32%, 31%, and 23%, which are all above the acceptable 10%. There was no detectable THC in any sample and there was no contaminant testing.

CBD Healing Cream review
We received both the 250mg and the 500mg CBD healing cream. Each cream comes in a 50ml plastic bottle with a pump top. The cream is made with broad-spectrum CBD along with aloe, sweet almond oil, sunflower oil, several other oils and essential oils like camphor and clove, eucalyptus, and peppermint. The directions are to apply topically every 4-6 hours. The cream is a thin-medium consistency and bright white. It absorbs easily into the skin and leaves an invigorating sensation. It smells of clove and peppermint.
Each bottle has both a QR code but no batch number. The QR code takes you to their general lab report page. There was one report for each cream. We assessed the available reports which showed there was 244.85mg of CBD in the 250mg bottle and 448.40mg in the 500mg bottle. Neither had any detectable THC in any sample and there was no contaminant testing. This means the CBD variance is 2% for the 250mg bottle at 10% for the 500mg which are both within the acceptable 10% variance level.

We received the water soluble peppermint CBD tincture. It comes in a cardboard box with a bottle inside. The bottle is 1oz and made from glass and there is 500mg of water soluble, broad-spectrum CBD. The tincture is made with polysorbate, glycerin, and peppermint oil. The directions are to take 1-2 ml per serving and hold under the tongue for 20 seconds or add to beverages. The tincture is thick and clear. It smells and tastes of cool peppermint and leaves a cooling sensation on your tongue.
The bottle has both a QR code and a batch number. The QR code takes you to their general lab report page. There was one report for this product, however it did not match the batch number. We assessed the available reports which showed there was 524.24mg of CBD per bottle which is 22.24mg more than listed for a CBD variance of 4%. This is within the acceptable 10% CBD variance. There was no detectable THC and no contaminant testing.
